We have been in business online since January 10th, 2003.  The majority of our business is done in the Personal Development / Self-Help field, so we know how to run a profitable businesses OUTSIDE of the "How to make money online" field.

The Key Web Tools portion of our business grew out of a need to respond to requests for help that others have asked for.  Rather than dilute our primary business with ancillary material on Internet Marketing, it was a wiser choice to partition that off onto it's own website.  This way, both departments of our business can thrive without interfering with each other.

Because our primary focus is on running a profitable business in a niche market, we have a unique perspective on your needs.  We know how difficult it can be to find the 'right' prospects for your marketing message, and how cautious they can be when dealing with a business they may have never heard of.  We know how intimidating the technology of setting up an interactive e-commerce website can be when you barely know anything about HTML.  (Yep, when we first started, we knew NOTHING about HTML, PHP, MySQL, Perl, javascript, or AJAX.)

When we tell you not to concern yourself with posting GADS of content to a shopping cart site, or not to worry about running an ezine to establish your reputation, we know this from experience.  On the other hand, when we tell you to build the biggest content site you can to promote affiliate products, full of reviews of EVERYTHING related to your niche, that also is coming from direct experience.

What you do or don't do online depends heavily on the TYPE of business you want to run.  Some businesses REQUIRE lots of content and a regular ezine, while other businesses need to stay away from them.
