We at Key Web Tools believe in the value of our products and the benefits you will receive by using them. 

In addition, we have personally tried the products ourselves to verify that they do in fact work as promised.  We do our best to provide complete and clear descriptions of the products we list.

Furthermore, Key Web Tools deals primarily with digital products that literally cannot be returned.  Once you have downloaded a copy of the product, it remains on your computer unless you decide to delete it. 

For these reasons, we believe that refunds would only be requested by the so-called "online thieves" who simply want to get products for free.

It is therefore our "official policy" that refunds are not offered.

This is the same as any retail store that will not accept a return
for a software package once the package is opened.

However, we also understand that exceptions may occur and that some people may be unable to adequately evaluate a product without trying it out first.  Because of this, we will process refunds when we feel the situation warrants it.

Please note:  for products where our personal license is transferred to you, the license must be transferred back before a refund can be processed.  For the Sunshop shopping cart, refunds are not offered at all, since we have to pay to renew the license before transferring it to you.  We have set the lowest price possible to compensate for this limitation.
