Your email address is used as a username so you may access your account information easily at any time.  We use your email to deliver your purchase information, including download links, so it is vital that you use a valid email address for your account.  If you cannot receive emails from us, then YOU will need to make whatever adjustments are required at YOUR end to whitelist emails coming from keywebtools.com and specifically, from admin@keywebtools.com.

Physical address information is collected during account registration primarily for demographic purposes (so we can learn where our customers are coming from), although there are a few products that are shipped and for those we need to know where to ship them.  Again, this information is kept on file and never shared.
